Who we are

eardrop (eardrop.io) is operated by [Your legal name / business name], [business address], Portugal ([NIF/Tax ID]). Throughout this policy, “we,” “us,” and “eardrop” refer to this business, and “you” refers to anyone visiting the site or buying a collection.

What we collect

When you buy a collection, we collect the information needed to process the order and deliver your download: your name, email address, billing address, and country. If you create an account, we also store your login details.

We don’t ask for or store your card details ourselves — payment is handled by our payment processor, who receives what they need to process the transaction directly.

Like most websites, our server automatically logs some technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies — mainly to remember what’s in your cart and keep you logged in if you have an account. These aren’t used for advertising or tracking you across other sites.

Why we use your data

• To process your order and give you access to your download
• To send you order confirmations and, if you ask for one, customer support
