1. About these terms

These terms apply whenever you buy a collection from eardrop.io, operated by [Your legal name / business name], Portugal. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. What you’re buying

eardrop sells digital audio collections for learning European Portuguese — MP3 files organised by verb, spoken by AI-generated voices and checked by a native speaker. Each collection is described on its product page, including its price, content, and format.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include any VAT that applies to your location. Payment is taken in full at checkout, through our payment processor. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through.

4. Delivery

There’s no physical shipping — collections are delivered as downloadable files, available immediately after payment and by download link in your confirmation email. If you create an account, they also stay available under My Account > Downloads.

5. Your right to cancel, and digital content

Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content delivered immediately as a download, that right ends as soon as download begins, and by completing your purchase you agree that delivery starts right away and that you lose the right to cancel once it does. 6. What you can do with the files

Once you buy a collection, the files are yours to keep — download them, put them on whatever device you like, and listen to them for as long as you want, with no subscription. What you can’t do is resell, redistribute, publicly share, or otherwise make the files available to people who haven’t bought them themselves.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know if you think someone else has access to it.

8. Intellectual property

All audio, text, and design on eardrop.io belongs to eardrop unless stated otherwise. Buying a collection gives you a personal licence to use the files as described above — it doesn’t transfer ownership or any rights beyond that.

9. No guarantees about learning outcomes

eardrop is a listening tool, not a course with guaranteed results. How much (and how fast) it helps depends on how you use it, so we can’t promise specific outcomes.

10. Liability

We try to keep the site and files accurate and working, but we don’t accept liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the files, beyond what’s required by law. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for fraud.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you’re an EU consumer, you also keep any rights your local consumer protection law gives you.

12. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.
